Greetings of love and peace!

Dear Ma’am,

Thank you for accepting my application in your prestigious school and letting me attend
today’s orientation at your good office. However, I am unable to attend due to our school; St.
Mary’s Seminary of Laoag City Incorporated will be going to attend a National event called
“Sangkan” or (Isang Angkan kay Cristo) in Sariyaya Quezon, wherein all seminary schools in
the Philippines will going to compete in different kind of sports.

I would really love to attend that’s why I made this letter and to show how sorry I am for not
attending the orientation. Again, I thank you for inviting me and I am sorry for the
inconvenience.
