EXPLANATION

The thesis incorporates the result of independent investigations


carried out by me. AsJ£possess adequate knowledge to pursue the course
in my special field of study and satisfied the council of post graduate
studies and research that I will be able to do my research work
independently. The condition of working under the guidance of a teacher,
as a special case, is waived by the council of P G studies and research and

it is approved by the Syndicate m in its meeting held on 30-05-1998 vide


S. R. No. 36 (10-2) dated 30-05-1998.
