Dear Mr. Peter Wilson

I am a one of the Director of Fast Fitness. I am writing a letter to purpose to you that
the performance of the clubs has been disappointing, and none of them has reached
their turnover and profit. Many members have not renewed their membership, and the
clubs have not attracted enough new members. From the four selected candidates, I
want to appoint Silvia Cominelli to the position of General Manager for our chain of
health and fitness clubs for some of the following reasons:

She is satisfied with all of our requirements from the “Job” section. First of all, her
strongest point is she has leading and interpersonal skills. It is easy for her to liaise
and motivate the management team and staff. Another point which I could add is that
she is very self-confident and knows perfectly what she wants. So, contributing to
marketing plans and strategies is not difficult for her.

Besides, she is qualified to fulfill in this position in terms of personality. She does not
only have a strong interest in fitness and health, but also is dynamic and enthusiastic.
She can fluently speakers fluently English, Spanish and Portuguese. These things will
help her easily adapt to work with people from different cultural backgrounds.

On the other hand, some of her weaknesses is she has no experiences in management
and she has no concretes ideas to increase profits and revenues. But with her qualities,
honing skills is not her problems. Through leading one or two projects, she can
improve her weaknesses soon. In a meantime, we can train or teach her so she can
soon fit her position.

To summary, she is organized, creative, and very self-confident. Even though she also
has some weaknesses, I still believe she will increase the profits based on her
organization, leadership and experience.
