Request for Indoor Posting

With reference to the above subject, i would like to bring the following points for
your kind consideration.

I was met with an accident in which my right knee ligment was completely demaged.
I had undergone A.C.L operation last year .Doctors have advised me to take physiotherapy on
regular basis. Doctor had also given list of post surgery precautions to be kept in mind in relation
with practices. As a JTO(Groups), i have been travelling in the field to attend all kinds
complaints. Sometimes it requires to travel 20 to 40 km per day by public transport or own
vehicle to reach the work spot. This is very much difficult and panic for me at this stage. Due to
field work, I am unable to follow the precautions suggested by doctor for speedy recovery. As a
result that my recovery after the surgery has become poor. Unfortunately after the surgery I was
met with another bike accident due to which the operationed spot was further damaged .i have
been facing a lot of difficulties.

This is an inevitable situation at my end I request you to consider my transfer and


posting on medical grounds to Indoor/Office in Srikakulam. I will be very much grateful to you
for this approval and favour to me.
