Dela Cruz Sr. to act on his behalf in securing a certified true copy of TCT No. 009-2123054357 registered under Juan Jr.'s name from the Registry of Deeds for Marikina. Juan Jr. also authorizes any acts carried out by his father or brother on his behalf to have the same effect as if done by Juan Jr. himself. Copies of valid IDs for Juan Jr., his father, and brother are attached.

hereby authorized my father, JUAN D. DELA CRUZ, SR., to act on my behalf
to transact business in your good office in securing a certified true copy of TCT
No. 009-2123054357 (copy attached for reference), registered under my
name.

Any and all acts carried out by either my father or my brother on my


behalf shall have the same effect as acts of my own. Attached hereto are
photocopies of our valid ID’s for ready reference.
