1. Ginoo/Ginang, ikaw bay nakakaintindi ng wikang Tagalog?


2. Ikaw ay hunuhuli namin (state reason), may karapatan kang manahimik, lahat
ng sasabihin mo ay pwedeng magamit laban o pabor sayo sa anumang korte.
3 .May karapatan kang kumuha ng iyong sariling abogado ayon sa iyong sariling
pili, at kung walang kang kakayahan na kumuha ng iyong abogado, bibigyan ka
namin ng abogado ng walang bayad. 190
4. May karapatan kang makipag-usap sa anumang oras na nanaisin mo sa iyong
abogado, asawa, mga kamag-anak, sa iyong doctor, sa pari, o sinumang nanaisin
mong kausapin at itoy pagkakaloob sa iyo sa anumang pinakamabilis na paraan.
5. May karapatan kang isantabi lahat ng mga karapan na aking sinabi pero
kailangan natin ilagay ito sa kasulatan at kailangan gawin ito sa harap at tulong ng
iyong abogado.

6. Kung sakaling isinantabi mo ang mga karapantang ito sa paraan ng aking sinabi,
anumang oras kung nanaisin mo, ay pwede mo paring gamitin ang mga
karapantang ito.

mo?

Rights of the Person Arrested


1. Ma’am/Sir, do you understand English language?
2. You are under arrest (state reason), you have the right to remain silent. Any
statement you make or divulge may be used against you in any proceedings in any
court.
3. You have the right to have a lawyer of your own choice, if you cannot afford the
services of a lawyer, the PNP will provide you one free of charge.
4. You have the right to communicate with your lawyer, spouse, relatives, priest,
doctor or any person or office at any time you wish, and it will be accorded to you
in most expedient means available.
5. You have the right to waive all these rights that I informed you, provided It must
be reduce into writing and in the presence of your lawyer.
6. Despite waiving these rights in a manner that I mentioned, you may still invoke
these rights at any time you wish or ask for it.
7.Sir/Ma’am do you understand all these rights that I told and explained to you?
