PROCEDURE TEXT
The following text is for questions 1 to 3
Ingredients :
      800 g small new potatoes
      3 shallots, finely chopped
      1 tbsp small capers (optional)
      2 tbsp cornichons, finely chopped (optional)
      3 tbsp mayonnaise, or to taste
      3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
      1 tbsp white vinegar
      Small handful parsley leaves, roughly chopped
   How to make :
   1. Boil the potatoes in salted water for 20 minutes until just cooked, drain, then cool.
   2. Cut the potatoes into chuncks, then throw into a bowl with the shallots, capers and
      cornichons if using. Add enough mayonnaise to bind, then mix together the olive oil and
      vinegar and add just enough to give a little sharpness to the salad. Stir in the finely
      chopped parsley and serve.

               CHICKEN AND MUSHROOM SOUP
Ingredients:
     ½ lb boneless chicken breast.
     4 tbsp sesame oil.
     2 cups chicken stock.
     2 tbsp sherry.
     1 cup fresh mushrooms, quartered.
     2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped.
Steps :
   1. Thinly slice the chicken breast meat.
   2. Allow the chicken stock to a simmer, then add the chicken and mushrooms.
   3. When the soup starts to boil again and all of the ingredients rise to the top, remove the
        pan from the heat.
   4. Add the sesame oil and sherry and taste for seasoning. Add salt and pepper if necessary.
   5. Serve in individual soup bowls and sprinkle with parsley.
