IRCON International LTD Engaged in Construction of The New Railway

Jitendra Kumar Prabhakar, Manager at BSO Patna, visited IRCON International Ltd which is constructing a new railway bridge across the Ganga River at Mokama. The 5.2 km bridge will be parallel to the existing Rajendra bridge and located 100km east of Patna, with a project cost of approximately Rs. 1300 crores. During the meeting, the GM of IRCON stated that approximately 15,000 tons of steel will be procured from SAIL for fabrication but structural steel will be sourced from Mumbai.

will be parallel to the existing Rajendra bridge & is located around
100km east of Patna. The project involves construction of 5.2 km
Bridge & Project cost is approx Rs 1300 cores.

During the meeting with Mr Mahesh Kumar(GM IRCON), he told that


Approx 15000 Ton will be procured from SAIL but structural after
fabrication will be procured by other party from Mumbai.

Dear Sir,

With due respect I beg to state that I had been transferred from Bokaro
Steel Plant to CMO Patna through Corporate office letter Ref No
CCS/413/2018 Dated: 30.11.2018).Accordingly I Joined in CMO patna
on 01.02.2019.At that time I requested Town adminstration Bokaro for
retention of Company Quarter for study of my children for 1 year.So, I
did not claim HRA in CMO. Now I got a letter(Ref No: TA/RC/2019-
430(31) from Town Adminstration Bokaro to vacate the Quarter
immediately as retention of quarter was allowed only upto March
2019.

So, Therefore I request you to consider my HRA claim from April 2019
and onwards. For this I shall be evergrateful to you.
