In pursuance of Article 250 of the Air Navigation Order 2016 the Civil Aviation Authority
hereby grants permission to

PAKISTAN INTERNATIONAL AIRLINES

OF

ISLAMIC REPUBLIC OF PAKISTAN


to operate international scheduled air services in accordance with the Air Transport
Agreement between the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern
Ireland and the Government of Islamic Republic of Pakistan

1. Validity

This permit shall come into force on 27 OCTOBER 2019 and expire on 28 MARCH 2020

2. Permitted Services

ISLAMABAD (ISB) - BIRMINGHAM (BHX) - ISLAMABAD (ISB)


ISLAMABAD (ISB) - LONDON HEATHROW (LHR) - ISLAMABAD (ISB)
ISLAMABAD (ISB) - LONDON HEATHROW (LHR) - SIALKOT (SKT)
SIALKOT (SKT) - LONDON HEATHROW (LHR) - LAHORE (LHE)
LAHORE (LHE) - LONDON HEATHROW (LHR) - ISLAMABAD (ISB) [RETURN]
LAHORE (LHE) - LONDON HEATHROW (LHR) - KARACHI (KHI) [RETURN]
ISLAMABAD (ISB) - MANCHESTER (MAN) - ISLAMABAD (ISB)
LAHORE (LHE) - MANCHESTER (MAN) - LAHORE (LHE)

The frequency of the permitted services shall be consistent with the flight schedule included in the
application received by the Civil Aviation Authority on 09 SEPTEMBER 2019.

3. Aircraft

The permitted services shall be undertaken operating only aircraft authorised under the terms of the
Air Operator Certificate held by Pakistan International Airlines.

The airline shall not operate the permitted services using aircraft leased from another airline unless
specifically authorised by the Secretary of State.
