A RESOLUTION INSTITUIIONALIZING THE UTILIZATION OF THE ETHICAL


REFORMATIONS INTERVENTION’S HANDBOOK IN SUPPORT WITH DEPED ORDER NO.
40, S. 2012 OTHERWISE KNOWN AS CHILD PROTECTION POLICY

WHEREAS,the DEPED issues DEPED No. 40, s. 2012 strengthening the Policy and Guidelines
on Protecting Children in School Abuse, Violence, Exploitation, Discrimination, Bullying and
Other Forms of abuse. Thus, the school wanted to institutionalize the utilization of Ethical
Reformation Intervention’s Handbookgiving positive reinforcement respecting the students’
rights towards effective and efficient classroom management;

WHEREAS, the Ethical Reformation Intervention’s Handbook was assessed and the handbook
meets 81% and above standard quality, relevance, accuracy and instructional quality;

WHEREAS, the handbook has the following features:

WHEREAS, upon the motion of Mr. Joselito Ortega and duly seconded anonymously by the
body, be it.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED THAT adoption and


institutionalization of the Ethical Reformation Intervention’s Handbook adopting DepEd Order
No. 40, s. 2012 and be submitted to the office concerned.
