1. The document provides instructions for testing the engine fire pull handles on an aircraft. This includes verifying electrical connections and voltages when activating the handles in different positions and configurations. 2. Specific steps include pulling circuit breakers, using a multimeter to check voltages between pins on electrical connectors for the fire bottles when activating the handles in the up, rotated, and stowed positions. 3. The test verifies the handles and electrical systems operate properly to trigger the appropriate fire bottles when the handles are activated and that the handles lock securely in the stowed position.

B. Procedure
WARNING: THE FIRE BOTTLES CONTAIN MATERIAL UNDER HIGH PRESSURE. RUPTURE
OF A DIAPHRAGM, BY EXPLOSIVE MEANS, RELEASES THIS MATERIAL IN A
VIOLENT MANNER. BOTH THE MATERIAL RELEASED AND THE EXPLODING
SQUIB CAN BE HAZARDOUS IF NOT PROPERLY HANDLED. ENSURE THE
ELECTRICAL CONNECTORS TO THE FIRE BOTTLES ARE DISCONNECTED
AND INSULATED BEFORE PERFORMING THIS PROCEDURE OR INJURY TO
PERSONNEL AND DAMAGE TO AIRCRAFT MAY OCCUR.
