With WAIVER OF RIGHTS

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

We, SERVILLA TORRE TEREM married to Benjamin Terem, NELLY


TORRE SABITSANA married to Elmer Sabitsana, DOLORES TORRE
TANTIADO married to Antonino Tantiado, all Filipino citizens, of legal age,
and residents Bagumbayan, Tigbauan, Iloilo, made, constituted, and
appointed, and by these presents do make, constitute, and appoint STEWART
PAUL TOLOSA TORRE, of legal age, single and a resident of Bagumbayan,
Tigbauan, Iloilo as our true and lawful attorney-in-fact for us and our names,
place and stead, to do and perform the following acts and things:

1. To represent us in any negotiations, transactions, dealings, settlements


and agreements before any forum, agency, office, instrumentality, person
or entity involving a portion of land covered under Original Certificate of
Title No.: F-23598 registered under the name of Heirs of Rufino Tubola
located at Bagumbayan, Tigbauan, Iloilo containing an area of: Eight
Hundred Eighty Nine (889) square meters of which we collectively own
Three Hundred Twenty Three (323) square meters;

2. To make, sign and deliver any documents of whatever nature and to do


such other things necessary for the accomplishment an Extrajudicial
Settlement of Estate, Publication thereof, Payment of Estate Tax,
Application for Estate Tax Amnesty and the Subsequent Registration of the
Title based on the said settlement.

Moreover, We, SERVILLA TORRE TEREM married to Benjamin Terem,


NELLY TORRE SABITSANA married to Elmer Sabitsana hereby waive all our
rights, interests and claims over the aforementioned property in favor of
STEWART PAUL TORRE and DOLORES TORRE TANTIADO based on the
following partition:
STEWART PAUL T. TORRE 176 square meters
DOLORES TORRE TANTIADO 147 square meters

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said attorney-in-fact full


power and authority to do and perform any and every act whatsoever
requisite or necessary or proper to be done in and about the premises, as fully

to all intents and purposes as we might or could do if personally present and


acting in person, with full power of substitution or evocation; and

HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that our said attorney or


his substitutes shall lawfully do or cause to be done under and virtue of these
presents.
