Dear Shareholders, Colleagues and Partners!
At the moment, Motor Sich JSC business fully conforms to the requirements of market economy.
When doing business, we follow the principles of corporate liability. At the same time, we im-
plement a set of social programs. The Company pays special attention to social protection of em-
ployees, creation and maintenance of relevant labour and recreation conditions. Arrangement
of definitive training, provision of medical insurance, solution of labor safety and environmen-
tal protection issues permitted to improve quality and efficiency of labour, as well as to attract
young specialists.
I would like to express thanks to the whole several thousand strong labor team of the Company
for conscientious labour in 2011 and express confidence that all tasks for 2012 will be suc-
cessfully fulfilled. And, of course, I would like to express great thanks to our shareholders and
partners and all those who are closely connected with Motor Sich JSC activities for cooperation
and mutual understanding.

Positioning of the Company in Industry
Motor Sich JSC is a specialized enterprise, which basic products are gas turbine engines for civil and military aviation, cre-
ated on their base industrial gas turbine drives for power and gas-pumping stations, as well as gas turbine power stations and
gas-pumping units with these drives.
Tens of thousands of engines produced by Motor Sich JSC are installed in aircraft of worldwide known firms: Antonov, Ilyushin,
Beriev, Tupolev, Yakovlev, Kamov, Mil, Czech «Aero Vodochody» and Chinese NAMC. They are operated in civil and military
aviation of more than 120 countries of the world.
Many engines of the Company became world leaders in their class: AI-25TL turbojet engines lift in the sky more than three
thousand training airplanes and training-combat airplanes in 40 countries of the world; helicopter engines of TV3-117
family, used in 61 countries of the world in all helicopters of average carrying capacity produced in Russia; D-18 engine
for “Ruslan” and “Mriya” the highest capacity transport airplanes in the world; D-136 the most powerful engine in the
world for helicopters and others.
Production of industrial gas-turbine drives, created on the basis of long-term experience of manufacture and field service of
aviation engines, occupies a considerable position in the production program of Motor Sich JSC. This kind of products in-
cludes about ten types of drives with power range from 1 to 8 MW.
Motor Sich JSC is a part of aviation industry complex of Ukraine, traditionally deeply integrated with enterprises of aviation
industry of Russia.
At the present time, Motor Sich JSC has to work in conditions of very hard competition at the aviation world market.

At the present time, the Company supplies products manufac-
tured using certified production facilities to the world market.
Production of aircraft engines is a high-tech process. Therefore,
in order to ensure and strengthen our competitiveness and pro-
vide world level quality system, the Company carries out con-
tinuous works aimed at improvement of organizational
structure, increase of personnel qualification, procurement of
new high-tech process equipment, implementation of new pro-
duction processes. Production of modern aircraft engines, as
well as repair of all produced aircraft engines, is certified by Avi-
ation Register of Interstate Aviation Committee (IAC) and State
Department of Aviation Transport of Ukraine. Motor Sich JSC is
