BANK, NOTES, AND OTHER CONNECTED ISSUES WE ASCERTAIN THAT THE TRAINING
CAPAIGN HAS WELL STARTED OFF.
AT THIS JUNCTURE WHETHER WE CAN ADOPT
a) Trainers, company management and HR team to review the day to day progress :

b) whether candidates wise training data-base can be maintained, reviewed on a micro


level basis for better results.

c) Based on individual trainee data bases being reviewed :

 We can push poor candidates to average level

And

 Average candidates to become better candidates.
