This is a written NOTICE of Applicant Withdrawal of Certificate of Title for the underlisted identified Motor Vehicle (the Automobile),
certifying the dismissing and disavowing of the Automobile as a [foreign] motor [private] carrier, in performance of 49 C.F.R. § 365.123* -
Applicant Withdrawal. This document is certified and true prima facie evidence of de-titling, de-registration, and de-licensing of the Automobile

ISSUANCE OF COMMON LAW PLATE

Once filed, no plate is required on the Automobile. It is
recommended to issue your own Common Law plate for perspective

As the vehicle is not engaged in commerce, it cannot be
“ticketed” nor liened as the vehicle is not party to legal commerce.
