VOLUNTEER’S COMMITMENT

I, ____________________________________as a __________________, Believing in the call of


Jesus to “make disciples of all people…” and to “let the little children come to me…” do hereby commit
myself to answering these calls, by volunteering to teach the children at Kids’ Place Student Center for one
(1) year, Starting January 1,2020 until December 31, 2020.
Being a church program to reach the children in the community, and without much resources to do
so, I am willing to receive a monthly love gift according to the ability of the Church in order to cover my
needs in the performance of this challenge.
If and when the program after one year, and I am still available and requested to serve again, I may
indicate my desire by informing the Church leadership accordingly.
For smooth and orderly conduct of the program, I am willing to abide by the basic requirements of
the program consistent with the agreement with the partner institution which is Compassion Philippines
and United Church of Christ in the Philippines- Macasandig.
This commitments as a volunteer Church Program worker (Teacher/Case-Health Worker/Others)
will I hold Sacred and binding as long as I am serving in the Program.
