JOINT AFFIDAVIT

          We, GERLACA R. CADAVOS and MARIA TALISIC, of legal ages, Filipino citizens
and residents of Brgy. Mantahan, Maasin City, Southern Leyte, Philippines, after having been
duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and state:

1. That we both know personally FLORENCIA A. RAMOS, daughter of Arsenio


Ramos and Flaviana Abejao, who is our long-time friend and acquaintance;

2. That Florencia Ramos died single and without any children last April 4, 1994 due to
Cardiac Arrest at the age of 64;

3. That to the best of our knowledge and conscience, she was never married nor entered
into any marriage contract or wedding ceremony in the Philippines or abroad;

4. That she remains single since birth until her last breath and that her civil status at the
time of her death is SINGLE;

5. That we are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts and for
any other legal purposes it may serve.
