ABSTRACT
This study ascertained the level of satisfaction on the services provided
by the computer laboratory facilities of Inawayan National High School in
terms of Laboratory Environment and Laboratory adequacy. Relationship
among the levels of satisfaction of the services provided by the computer
laboratory were also measured. Data were gathered from 50 students from
Junior High CSS students’ through a researcher-made questionnaire. Data
were analyzed using t-test for the significant relationship. The study found that
the respondents are satisfied with the laboratory in terms of computer
laboratory environment and computer laboratory adequacy of facility.
Moreover, there is a significant relationship among the level of satisfaction of
junior high CSS students on the services provided by the computer laboratory.
