Problem
A leak in a copper return line coming from a 1500 gallon glycol tank at
the Micro Brewery.

Application method 2.
The application was carried out in accordance with the modified version
of Belzona Know-How System Leaflet VPF-11. A worm of Belzona 1291
was applied to the leaking pipe. The tourniquet from the Belzona 1291
kit was applied and left overnight. The tourniquet was removed the
next day and the surface was prepared further with acetone and heat.
The final step was applying Belzona 1212 with Belzona 9341.
Belzona facts
The customer’s 1500 gallon glycol tank was leaking 2 gallons a day
at $8.00 per gallon. This was their first time being Belzona customer
and they were very pleased with the products. This repair allowed
production to continue and prevented the costly draining of the glycol
tank.
