DESCRIBING HOME

A house is not a home without people living in it. Home is a shelter where members
of the family live harmoniously under one roof. The kind and quality of a home vary
from one style/design to another depending on the culture and social status of the
head of the family. A home is a better place that we feel safe and feeling comfortable
in raring a child and learn the good attitude and values. It provides security, control,
belonging, identity, and privacy, among other things.  In the context of home whether
it is lucrative or inexpensive what matters most is the kind of behavior of the people
living in it.

In this time of the pandemic, our respective home becomes our natural shield to
prevent us from infection of the virus. We feel safe and feel relax from the tedious job
of our work for a couple of months. It strengthens family bonding within each
member. As advised by President Duterte, I was able to reach the part of our home
which I have not gone it yet before he he. I was able to sort out things and arranged
it accordingly for a couple of years which I have not been done yet. In the lighter
side, being quarantined at home served as a wakeup call to really respect the nature
and always be good to everyone because life is very precious and has no spare it
can be taken away in just a blink of an eye. I’m am praying and hoping that this
pandemic will be gone soon so that we could go back from our previous normal
situation, in God’s grace!
