1. Please be informed that the schedule of Release of Report Card/Parent’s Assembly will be on February 2,
2018 (Saturday) at their respective classroom and building.
i. Grade 7,9, STE and Open High School 7:00AM – 9:00AM
ii. Grade 8 & 10 10:00AM – 12:00NN

2. In view of this all CHS utility personnel are required to report on February 2, 2019 (Saturday) from 7:00AM
– 4:00PM to perform their duties.
