Precautionary Measures AFTERthe Incident:

1. The School Property Custodian controls all the keys of the school and if he is in Official
business, the assistant Property Custodian will do the responsibilities.
2. Strict Rules in the computers room has observed.
3. The ICT Coordinator and Assistant Property Custodian inspect daily the DCP Units.
4. Regular monitoring of School Head and Property Custodian.
5. There is a separate logbook for DCP Unit Usage.
6. The cabinet for DCP Unit has a secure lock.
7. The Computer’s Room has double lock.
