2.5. transparency; and

2.6. innovation?

3. Is there significant relationship between the perception of the teachers and the profile of

the school administrators in terms of:

3,1. position; and


3.2. educational attainment?

4. Is there a significant difference between the perception of the teachers and the school

administrators on the latter’s financial management practices?
