A” Certificate of Marriage of Petitioner and
Respondent dated March 21, 2010
Purpose: To prove that Petitioner and Respondent were married.
“B Certificate of Marriage of Respondent and
Joselito Candeluna dated May 11, 2002
Purpose: To prove that respondent had an existing previous marriage
with another person and that her first marriage has not yet been dissolve.

”C” Certification from Philippine Statistics
Office (NSO) as to the two Marriages
of respondent.
Purpose: To prove that respondent has been married twice and to prove that

the marriage between the petitioner and the respondent is a bigamous
marriage.

“D-1” Signature of the Petitioner in his Judicial
Affidavit
Purpose: To prove the material allegations in his petition and to
prove that he contracted a bigamous marriage with the respondent. To
prove that respondent had been married twice with two different
person.
With the admission of the exhibits and the testimony of the Petitioner,
the Petitioner rest his case and submit the herein petition for decision by this
Honorable Court.
