This proposal is prepared by MIND MAPPERZ, a company incorporated under the Laws of India, with its office at New

Delhi, in response to a call for proposal from DELHI PUBLIC SCHOOL herein referred to as “DELHI PUBLIC
SCHOOL, MUZAFFARNAGAR” with its office at NH-58, Muzaffarnagar Bypass, Next to Indian Oil Petrol
Pump, Muzaffarnagar – U.P 251001 INDIA (hereinafter referred to as ‘Client’).

MIND MAPPERZ and DELHI PUBLIC SCHOOL, MUZAFFARNAGAR may be referred to as a ‘Party’ individually or the
‘Parties’ collectively throughout this document. Following acceptance by both Parties, this document shall become a legally
binding instrument with full force and effect (the ‘Agreement’).

1. Background:

MIND MAPPERZ was founded by young professionals and set up by alumni of IIT Delhi with aim to “solve” the
problems on the ground level of the present education system prevailing in the country. Its learning program is based
on STEM education with a vision of student empowerment which is based on the understanding that lea rning is more
effective when students can shape the process. We use technology to develop educational products and service
because we understand that education pre-eminently is a matter of quality and not quantity.

Its vision is to create a world of intellectual, entrepreneurial and technical talent which will help in developing nation’s
future economic growth & at the same time, development of ethical standards and to ensure individual attention
support required for the success of children.

2. Engagement with DELHI PUBLIC SCHOOL, MUZAFFARNAGAR:

DELHI PUBLIC SCHOOL, MUZAFFARNAGAR aims at preparing Global Leaders with characters. The school will
promote a curricular programme which will encourage development of initiative, responsibility and decision-making in
students and develop their skills in critical thinking and problem solving, honing their abilities to work independently
and co-operatively, as well as channelizing their creative abilities and communication skills. It will offer a rigorous
college preparatory curriculum to take care of the intellectual development of the students with specific emphasis on
preparation for future academic study in India or abroad.

MIND MAPPERZ has discussed new opportunities with DELHI PUBLIC SCHOOL, MUZAFFARNAGAR in context with
the changing trend in technology and its innovations. Basis extensive discussions, various solutions& opportunities
required by DELHI PUBLIC SCHOOL, MUZAFFARNAGAR and after preliminary analysis, the following area of
intervention has emerged:

Robotics Lab:

To conduct a robotics workshop in the college premises developing an interest among the upcoming engineers by
giving them knowledge of various type of robotics systems with their basic building along with their integration with fifth
generation of computers. It also introduces them to the needs of the current mechatronics sector.

The participants will get to know about all the latest technologies that are coming up in the automation industry. This
workshop will also provide a platform where young engineers can mold their imagination into reality and feel the
excitement first hand.
