LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

I, Gayathri Premraj, Hindu, aged 39 years, W/o. Jayanth Srinivasaraghavan residing at


_______________________________________________________________________ , do
hereby make this last will and testament, on this _____ day of October, 2019. I am happily
married to my husband Jayanth Srinivasaraghavan and we are blessed with a son, Rishab
Jayanth, aged 6 years.

Though, I am only aged 39 years, since, I have been diagnosed with Schizophrenia for
which I am taking medication and I want to make my last wishes clearly set out and declared
while I am in sound and disposing state of mind, memory and understanding, fully conscious
of the fact that the disease I am suffering from, may deteriorate my physical and mental
health over a period of time. I own the following immovable properties:
1. Perungudi Villa, namely…
2. Thirumurthy Nagar Flat, bearing No. ….
3. 1st Floor of premises No. _____, R.A. Puram, Chennai,
together with proportionate undivided share of land. The above three immovable properties
belong to me absolutely and except me, no one else has any claim, right, title, or interest over
the same. In respect of the R.A. Puram property alone, more fully set out in item 3,
hereinabove, my father Dr. K. Premraj has a right of enjoyment, without any power of
alienation.

I bequeath my Perungudi Vila and the Thirumurthy Nagar Flat to my son, minor,
Rishab Jayanth. The R.A. Puram property shall be taken by my husband Jayanth
Srinivasaraghavan and minor son, Rishab Jayanth equally and jointly.

Since my son is a minor and in the event of this will taking effect even during his
minority, my husband, Jayanth Srinivasaraghavan shall be his guardian for the properties
bequeathed to my minor son till he attains the age of majority. My husband shall however, be
entitled to collect the rental income till such time, my son attains the age of majority and I
am confident that my husband shall truly maintain my son in a befitting manner.

I also own movables in the form of funds and investments in banks and jewellery (Gold
& Diamond). All my bank investments and funds shall go to my husband, Jayanth
Srinivasaraghavan absolutely. In so far as my jewellery, which I have safely kept in my
locker, my husband shall safeguard the same and hand it over to my son Rishab Jayanth on
his attaining the age of majority. I have made a separate packet consisting of only my
wedding jewellery which shall not be sold under any circumstances and shall be given to my
son and his wife as a wedding gift to them from me. Ant silverware that I may have behind
shall be taken by my husband and son equally. If any of the silver or gold jewellery apart
from the wedding jewellery set apart and mentioned hereinabove are to be sold. My husband
is entitled to disperse of the same and pass on the benefits to my son, Rishab Jayanth.

I have voluntarily executed this last will and testament, without any undue influence,
coercion or threat from any person whomsoever. I have decided to write this will to confer a
maximum benefit on my only son and I am sure my wishes will be fully honoured.

I reserve my right to modify, cancel or revoke this will anytime during my lifetime.
This will shall come into force only after my lifetime.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I HAVE EXECUTED THIS LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT


AS OF THE DAY, MONTH AND YEAR FIRST ABOVE WRITTEN IN THE PRESENCE
OF THE TWO WITNESSES WHO HAVE ATTESTED THIS WILL OF MINE, IN MY
PRESENCE AND IN WHOSE PRESENCE, I HAVE ALSO SIGNED THIS ABOVE
WILL.
