required. If you do not take full registration, then you may add the other activities “a la

Descriptions of the Events are below:
Full Registration Includes all meetings, training, socials, and the banquet.
Member Minimum Registration - Includes Saturday continental breakfast, admittance to BOD,
Virginia Jaycee Training and Meetings Elections, Training, and VA Jaycee meetings.
Affiliate Minimum Registration Includes admittance to the Welcome ceremony and all affiliate
meetings.
Awards Banquet Includes a buffet dinner and seating for the OYV Awards
ceremony, and Life Memberships and Senatorships
presentations.
Payment: Cash, personal checks, chapter checks, will be accepted for mail in or emailed
registration forms. Make checks payable to: Virginia Jaycees. For credit card payment
you may request a Paypal invoice sent through email or register through the website at
http://www.vajaycee.org/fall-convention---november-2016.html . Although Paypal will be used
to process these payments, you do NOT need a Paypal account to use it.

Online and pre-registration closes on November 8. After November 8, registrations at the
late rate will be accepted.
Note, however, that the OYV banquet tickets are limited and available on a first-come,
first-served basis.
