 CHAPTER ONE
THE ORDINANCES OF HEAVEN

In this book, we shall address a spiritual phenomenon that will

usher you into a realm that is unprecedented in every sense. God will
open your eyes to certain deep truths, which will completely transform
your life and make you exceptional.
This topic is so uncommon that many people spend their entire
lifetime without knowing anything about it. Yet, such knowledge
determines a lot of things.
The truth, however, is that what we are considering in this
chapter cannot be found on the surface of the scriptures. They are like
hidden treasures tucked away in some chests. Hence, we shall
examine some of the deepest scriptures ever found in the word of
God.
These deep Scriptures can make a great difference between
living or dying, enjoying victory or suffering defeat, living under abject
poverty or enjoying stupendous wealth. In fact, what you are going to
discover in this book will determine a lot of things in your life in the
days, weeks, months and years ahead. You will discover the secrets of
doing exploits for God and reigning in the realm of the supernatural.
By the time you learn how to pray in line with what you will
discover, every area of your life will move forward by fire.

IGNORANCE
Someone has rightly observed that every man's mountain is the
mountain of his ignorance. A lot of what people suffer in life can be
traced to ignorance. The moment you are able to conquer the mountain
of ignorance, you will be empowered to deal with every problem in life.
Knowledge empowers you to possess your possessions. When
you become knowledgeable in the deep things of God, you will become
too hot for the devil to handle. To experience the fulfilment of your
dreams in life, you need knowledge. When you are armed with
knowledge, you will be positioned strategically to experience dominion
in the strictest sense of the word.
We read one of the most amazing revelations in the Scripture.

Job 38:12-13: Hast thou commanded the morning since thy

days; and caused the dayspring to know his place; That it might take
hold of the ends of the earth, that the wicked might be shaken out of it?
Here, God was speaking to Job concerning one of the deepest
secrets of reigning in life. Job was a contemporary of Moses According
to Bible scholars, the book of Job is said to be the first book of the
Bible. Here, God asked Job if he has ever commanded the morning.
Another version renders it this way
Have you ever given orders to the morning?
'Have you ever sent the dawn to its correct place?'
Another version of the Bible renders it this way.
"In all of your life, have you ever ordered the morning? Have you ever
shown the dawn its place, that it may get hold of the corners of the
earth and shake wickedness out of it."
These are deep Scriptures.
"let us go examine some Bible passages on the power of creation. In
Gen 1:1, the Bible says
In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
We are told that God made the Heavens. Note that the word
Heavens is in the plural form. The Bible portrays three kinds of Heaven.
 The highest heaven which is referred to as the third heaven is
God's throne. In 2Cor. 12:2-4, the Bible says:

I knew a man in Christ above fourteen years ago, (whether in

the body, I cannot tell; or whether out of the body, I cannot tell: God
knoweth;) such an one caught up to the third heaven. And I knew such
a man, (whether in the body, or out of the body, I cannot tell: God
knoweth;) How that he was caught up into paradise, and heard
unspeakable words, which it is not lawful for a man to utter.

The third heaven is described as the paradise of God.

The Bible also portrays a place referred to as the second
heavens. This place can be described as the dwelling place of spirits.
These are bad spirits.
The Bible says in
Eph. 6:12: For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but
against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the
darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
This second heaven is an abode of wicked spirits. It is also
referred to as the habitation of cruelty.
The second heaven is described below.
Psalm 74:20: Have respect unto the covenant: for the dark
places of the earth are full of the habitations of cruelty.
The Bible also tells us about the existence of the first heaven.
This is described in Gen. 1:14
And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven
to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for
seasons, and for days, and years:
God created the Heavens and itemized the duties.

For seasons
For days
For years
God went further to institute what has been described as ordinances.
Gen. 1:15-18: And let them be for lights in the firmament of the heaven
to give light upon the earth: and it was so. And God made two great
lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the
night: he made the stars also. And God set them in the firmament of
the heaven to give light upon the earth,
And to rule over the day and over the night, and to divide the light from
the darkness: and God saw that it was good.
This passage highlights the ordinances of the heavenly bodies.
The heavenly bodies have been given a spiritual mandate to carry out
certain functions. Those who belong to the kingdom of darkness have
taken advantage of those ordinances.
Unfortunately, God's people do not understand the implications
of these ordinances. Satan has therefore, continued to thrive on the
ignorance of Christian believers.
From the above passage, we discover that, light plays a crucial
role in the life of man. The life of everything on earth is connected to
light. Your age is determined by light. Your growth in terms of
chronological age and height is determined by light.
There is a power that rules the light. Here, the wonderful words
of the Psalmist become relevant.
Ps.121:6: The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night.

SATANIC WORSHIP
The powers of the day and night reside in the sun and the moon.
Powers of darkness have continued to use the forces of nature against
believers who are destined to exercise dominion over all elemental
forces.

There is a power that rules the night. There is a power that rules
the day. When God created the sun, the moon and the stars, He
endowed them with great powers. He created them to bring forth His
glory. This explains why God forbids the worship of the sun, the moon
and the stars.
Those who belong to the kingdom of darkness are violating
God's commandments by trying to put the powers that reside in the
sun, the moon and the stars to negative uses.
Hence, demonic men and women are using the forces of nature
to hurt the innocent. The heavens were established to declare the glory
of God. God created the heavens to give light to the earth. Powers of
darkness as well as God's enemies have captured the heavenlies and
are putting it to negative uses. They are now using it to foster satanic
worship and perpetrate wickedness.
Children of the devil have found in the heavenlies a powerful
weapon for carrying out their evil assignments. Many lives have been
lost, many homes wrecked, innumerable destines truncated and
several tragedies orchestrated.
As long as we continue to remain under ignorance, evil will
continue to triumph over good and the children of darkness will continue
to torture the children of the kingdom.
There must be a change. Power must change hands. As God's
children, we must take our rightful position and begin to rule. God
expects us to exercise dominion over spirits, men and forces of nature.
The discovery of these deep secrets should introduce a new dimension
into your life. Rather than allow satan and his agents to oppress you by
using the forces of nature, you should carry an offensive battle to the
gates of the enemies and begin to oppress them.
If you are a victim of the manipulation of the heavenly forces,
praying as if you are blindfolded will not change the situation. Coming
up with a resolve to go for deliverance will not solve the problem.

For example, if someone has raised an altar against your life in

the vicinity of the stars you cannot deal with such attacks by simply
going for deliverance. You must learn how to fight back by using
exactly the same weapons.
Deliverance should not be mis-understood. It bothers on the
removal of the deposits of the kingdom of darkness.

However, it does not address any form of conspiracy against

you in the heavenlies. As you have gained new insights into the
ordinances of heaven you should prepare for battle.

PRAYER POINTS

1. Every power spending the night to pull me down, O sun, throw

them away, in the name of Jesus.
2. O day, arise and give me my portion, in Jesus' name.
3. O day, arise and curse any power stealing my portion in the name
of Jesus.
4. Every wicked power in the second heavens, that is representing
my family, die, in the name of Jesus.
5. Every rod of affliction from the second heavens, break, in the
name of Jesus.
6. Any problem that wants to kill me, die, in the name of Jesus.
7. Every mouth speaking against me with satanic anointing, O sun,
 transfer the arrows back to them, in the name of Jesus.
8. Every arrow of ancestral witchcraft, die, in the name of Jesus.
9. Everything stolen from my life from the powers of the night, I
repossess you by fire, in the name of Jesus.
10. Thou power of polygamous witchcraft, die in the name of Jesus.
11. Affliction of the day, die, in the, name of Jesus.
12. Every negative flying power delegated against my destiny, the
angels of God shall pursue you, in the name of Jesus.
 CHAPTER TWO
THE MYSTERY OF THE SECOND HEAVENS

There is more to the sky above your head than you can imagine.
Besides the atmospheric heaven, we have the third heavens and the
second heavens.
In this chapter we shall dwell on the mystery of the second heavens.
The third heaven belongs absolutely to God. It is a place where
powers of darkness have no jurisdiction whatsoever. Here, God is in
charge.
The host of heaven and the Holy Angels are in absolute control. To
have an access to this realm, you must be absolutely holy, within and
without.
Evil spirits cannot achieve any form of infiltration into this realm.

AN ARRAY OF WICKEDNESS
The second heaven is a different arena entirely. Evil spirits and
their activities run riots. There is a form of competition for the highest
degree of wickedness. There is an array of wicked spirits in the
second heavens.

When we refer to wicked spirits, we are making reference to

spirits that are wicked than the devil himself. These spirits are so
wicked that the devil has no control over them. These spirits can be
described wickedness incarnate.
In this same realm, we find powers that are referred to as
ancestral spirits. Many people pray day and night only to have no
testimony to show for it. When such people pray, God sends the
answer down from heaven to earth.
However, a spiritual roadblock, which exists in the second
heaven, prevents or hinders the answer form coming down. Ancestral
spirits rise up as a formidable force to hinder angels of blessings from
bringing miracles and breakthroughs down to earthly recipients. When
such a barricade is erected, blessing continues to hang in the air.
Blessings are hindered and miracles are delayed.
This explains why prayer has become a burden to many Christians.
What believers need today, is the power and spirit of Elijah.
Stubborn ancestral spirits are not willing to let go we need to call the
fire of God down. The moment your prayers ascend unto heaven
through the vehicle of the chariot of fire it will penetrate the toughest of
resistant barriers.

DANIEL'S EXPERIENCE
You need special re-enforcement to deal with stubborn powers
in the heavenlies. You need to attack them with the artillery of constant
bombardments. Daniel prayed. God heard him and sent answers from
Heaven. However, he experienced hindrance from the second heavens.
Daniel spent 21 days on his knees but the answer was sent to
him right from the first day. God dispatched an angel to bring the
answer to Daniel that same day. Right there in the second Heaven a
wicked power, referred to as the Prince of Persia, came up with an evil
barricade. The wicked power was strong enough to confront the angel
of Daniel's blessing. Thank God, Daniel was persistent.
If Daniel had decided to get up from his knees the first day, the
angel would not have persisted. Daniel's prayers brought reinforcement
from heaven. He prevailed because he persisted. He was able to
experience divine breakthroughs because he prevailed in the
heavenlies.
When we take a look at the entire gamut of wickedness, we will
discover that the most wicked spirits are hanging above our heads in
the heavenlies. They make their abode in the second heavens. These
spirits must be dealt with. They must be dispossessed and conquered.
 THE BELIEVER'S AUTHORITY
If you are a born again Christian, you are supposed to wield
some authority and power. The authority given to you by God spans
the entire work of creation. You have been empowered to exercise
authority over the sun, the moon, the stars and the host of heaven.
The Bible says in Psalm 8:6.
Thou madest him to have dominion over the works of thy hands;
thou hast put all things under his feet:
God has put all things under your control. As a child of God, you
have dominion over all animate and inanimate objects. No matter how
fierce any wild animal is, you can put it under control.

THE EVIL SERPENT

Recently, some members of our Evangelism team shared a testimony
with me. They travelled to a rural setting, some where in Western
Nigeria for an evangelistic outreach. As part of their evangelistic
programme they observed a fast.
Just as they were about breaking their fast, something
mysterious happened. A violent wind blew across and the wrapper of a
female member of the team was blown away.
Before this incident happened, she was settling down to have
her meal. She abandoned her meal abruptly and ran to fetch her
wrapper. By the time she came back, a strange sight shocked her. She
saw a cobra eating her bean-cake delicacy (Akara) and drinking from
her pure water pouch.
She raised an alarm and every member of the team chased the
evil serpent and killed it. The strange snake was later anointed and
burnt to ashes. It was indeed a strange occurrence. Members of the
community stated that they had never seen any snake in the
environment. It was indeed an attack. But, when the satanic
messenger came, it met its waterloo.

AS far as battles in the Heavenlies are concerned, you will either

survive or perish. There is no middle point. The realities of the
fierceness of the battle will soon dawn on those who go about dancing
and getting engaged in furious modern worship. They will soon change
gears and begin to get involved in serious prayer.
Many modern day Christians will soon discover that survival in
these last days depends on deep warfare prayers.
 CHAPTER THREE
VICTORY IN THE HEAVENLIES

There is a host of wickedness in the heavenlies. Their major

preoccupation is to plan and execute evil. They are the brain behind all
forms of wickedness. They decide and mastermind all the terrible
things going on, on the earth. They also fill the heavenlies with terrible
wickedness. However, God has given us dominion over all elements in
the heavenlies, including the spirits that rule them. God has given us
power to exercise dominion over the sun, the moon and the stars. God
knew that the heavenly bodies could misbehave. He knew that the
children of darkness could also alter the cause of nature. He, therefore,
gave us the power of dominion which he expects us to use to tame all
elements of nature as well as every creature. To safeguard our
existence on earth God has given us power.
The Bible says in Luke 10:19:
Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and
over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt
you.
You have been endowed with power to exercise dominion over
every work of creation. You have been empowered to rule over forces
of nature and spirits. But when the power of darkness discovers that
you do not know your rights in the kingdom of God they will try to
exploit you. God also knows that the heavenly bodies could be
exploited against us, that is why He has commanded us to exercise
dominion over all works of creation.
We have challenging examples in the scriptures in form of
instances where dominion, over the works of creation is exercised.
There are records of men and women who dealt with the elements of
nature. Moses is a good example;
 Exod. 10:12-22: And the LORD said unto Moses, Stretch out
thine hand over the land of Egypt for the locusts, that they may come
up upon the land of Egypt, and eat every herb of the land, even all that
the hail hath left. And Moses stretched forth his rod over the land of
Egypt, and the LORD brought an east wind upon the land all that day,
and all that night; and when it was morning, the east wind brought the
locusts. And the locusts went up over all the land of Egypt, and rested
in all the coasts of Egypt: very grievous were they; before them there
were no such locusts as they, neither after them shall be such. For they
covered the face of the whole earth, so that the land was darkened;
and they did eat every herb of the land, and all the fruit of the trees
which the hail had left: and there remained not any green thing in the
trees, or in the herbs of the field, through all the land of Egypt. Then
Pharaoh called for Moses and Aaron in haste; and he said, I have
sinned against the LORD your God, and against you. Now therefore
forgive, I pray thee, my sin only this once, and entreat the LORD your
God, that he may take away from me this death only. And he went out
from Pharaoh, and entreated the LORD. And the LORD turned a
mighty strong west wind, which took away the locusts, and cast them
into the Red sea; there remained not one locust in all the coasts of
Egypt. But the LORD hardened Pharaoh's heart, so that he would not
let the children of Israel go. And the LORD said unto Moses, Stretch
out thine hand toward heaven, that there may be darkness over the
land of Egypt, even darkness which may be felt. And Moses stretched
forth his hand toward heaven; and there was a thick darkness in all the
land of Egypt three days:
Moses unleashed darkness upon the land of Egypt by so doing,
he was able to deal with the powers of Egypt. Elijah also exercised
control or dominion over the hosts of heaven. Although Deborah was a
woman yet she commanded the stars and sent them on assignment.
Judges 5:18-20: Zebulun and Naphtali were a people that
jeoparded their lives unto the death in the high places of the field. The
kings came and fought, then fought the kings of Canaan in Taanach by
the waters of Megiddo; they took no gain of money. They fought from
heaven; the stars in their courses fought against Sisera.
Isaiah also did exploits. He brought the sun dial of Ahaz 100
backward.
Isaiah 38:8: Behold, I will bring again the Shadow of the
degrees, which is gone down in the sun dial of Ahaz, ten degrees
backward. 50 the sun returned ten degrees, by which degrees it was
gone down.
Joshua also commanded the sun to stand still. He exercised
power over one of the ordinances of Heaven.
Joshua 10:12: Then spake Joshua to the LORD in the day
when the LORD delivered up the Amorites before the children of Israel,
and he said in the sight of Israel, Sun, stand thou still upon Gibeon; and
thou, Moon, in the valley of Ajalon.
If these Bible characters could control the elements of nature,
you can do a lot more today.
We need to wake up and exercise our God given rights.
You can exercise your rights over the sun, the moon or the stars.
You can stop the rain from falling. You can programme the heavenlies
and make the forces of nature to obey you.

DISGRACED RAINMAKERS
Some years ago, a Christian sister exercised her rights by
commanding the rain. She lost her father and she decided to carry out
the burial on a particular day.
As the burial programme got under way, some demonic agents came
to disturb them saying that they were rainmakers. They requested that
they be offered goats, life chickens and some amount of money; that
they were going to disturb the burial programme if what they requested
for were not given them.
 The sister stood up and said,
“Do you know who I am? You can't disturb anything. God has
given me dominion over every element of nature. You can't disturb this
burial programme. You may try but you will fail.”
The rainmakers went away in anger. They invoked rain through
diabolical means. At the end of the day the rain fell but something
strange happened. The vicinity of the burial programme did not
experience any rainfall. There was a terrible flood. Power changed
hands and the three rain makers died as a result of the flood, which
produced by the rain invoked by them.
If you exercise your power over the power of darkness, you will
always prevail. You need to understand the fact that satanic agents
have changed their methods. The wicked of satanic agents no longer
hang their charms on the neck.
In fact, they do not use any charm or amulet. They have now
graduated to the level where they draw their power from the
heavenlies. Just as people simply connect to the Internet and get
information from distant continents, evil powers draw satanic
information from the heavenlies.
We need to understand the new trends in the kingdom of
darkness. Agents of darkness simply connect to the heavenlies and
carry out their wicked activities. If the children of the devil can carry out
their activities to such bizarre dimensions, what then are we doing?
Let us examine the challenge of the chapter given to us in
Job 38:12-13: Hast thou commanded the morning since thy
days; and caused the dayspring to know his place; That it might take
hold of the ends of the earth, that the wicked might be shaken out of it?
The Bible tells us that we are supposed to command the
morning in order to arrest the tide of wickedness. If we are told to
shake that wickedness from the earth, it shows that wickedness is
entrenched in the heavenlies.
If we fail to take action, wickedness will remain in place.

THE TEACHER AND THE MOON

A Christian sister once discovered the secrets, which we are sharing in
this chapter. She took up some strange prayer points, which we
encouraged people to pray. God gave her some startling revelation
after prayers. She saw her children's teacher seating on the moon. The
teacher's posture suggested that she was programming the moon
against the sister's children.
Meanwhile, the sister had noticed that her two children were the
dullest in the class. She went straight to the school the following day to
challenge the demonic teacher. She looked straight at the teacher's
eyeball and declared, “Listen to me I am different from the other
parents. I know that you have been using the power, which you draw
from the moon to work against my children. Enough of your attacks
against my children's brains. I'm going back home to pray. If you don't
let them go off your demonic hook, you are going to face real trouble.”
One would have thought that the teacher would pounce on the
sister in anger. The teacher began to shiver. He apologized in low
tones saying,
“I'm sorry, madam. I never knew that you understand what we
have been doing. I won't ever touch your children again."
The sister's children were released. There was a turn of events.
The children that were formally dull suddenly become brilliant. That
demonic teacher let them off the hook of every manipulation through
the use of the moon.
 CHAPTER FOUR
COMMAND THE MORNING

We have lots of lessons to learn from the above passage. A

victim's brain can be transferred to the second heavens. Husband or
wives can also be transferred to the second heaven.

Therefore, when God was asking Job if he has commanded the

morning, He was asking a crucial question. It shows that the morning
can be programmed negatively. The dawning of a new day can also be
directed towards negative functions. If you meditate deeply on the
question which God asked Job, lots of lessons could be drawn.
The days of ignorance are over. We should begin to understand
the workings of the powers of darkness. If you are from the riverine
area, for example, and you sight the emergence of a new moon, you
will discover that witchcraft activities are being flagged off.
A new moon signals the beginning of the activities of witchcraft.
The rising of the water level follows the sighting of the full moon.
Insanity and madness will be on the increase at such a time in such
communities.
What then are the lessons to be drawn in what we have learnt
so far?
The early hours of the morning exherts serious spiritual influence
upon human lives. In this modern age, we have lost out on the value on
the early hours of the day. In most busy cities, people have no control
of the first few hours of the day. The modern trend has eroded
Christian values.
When I grew up in the Christian faith, we had a compulsory
prayer meeting in the church every 5am. We couldn't go through any
day without that early Morning Prayer meeting. Traders, market
women, students as well as government workers rushed to the church
in those days in order to keep the 5am appointment with God.
Today, such Christian values are no longer in place. In those
days too, we attended 6pm services in the evenings. None of us was
busy as to miss one single service or prayer meeting. We were in
church every 5am and 6pm. Such services are no longer held in
churches today. Those of us who were working in those days went to
church to catch enough fire for the day by 5am. With daily encounters
with God, we have grown up to be on fire today.

BACK TO THE BIBLE

Our Fathers in the faith knew what it meant to capture the day. The
believers of those days never joked with early Morning Prayer
meetings. If we want to experience apostolic power and fire, we must
go back to the Bible we must restore practices that made earnest
believers of those days to experience victory and dominion over the
devil.
One single day did not pass in those days without our praying
prayers, which captured the whole day. By the time we were done with
a one-hour early Morning Prayer meeting, all the powers of the day
would have been subdued.
Today, believers are more conscious of early morning tea and
crackers than commanding the morning and taking charge of the day.
Today's believers can spend 30 minutes brewing coffee or
drawing exotic tea as if their survival depends on the physical. With the
transport situation in most cities modern day Christians manage to
observe a-ten-minutes hurried quiet time where little or no prayer is
said, only to spend two full hours going through congested traffic on
their way to work. By the time such believers resume work in the
morning, the Devil's children are already in charge.
 This explains why there is a wide gap between the Pentecostals
of those days and that of today. We have allowed the race for material
things to rob us of the opportunity to capture and control the day.

PERTINENT QUESTIONS
Tell me, how can you prevail over a particular day when you do
little or nothing to command the day? How can you exercise dominion
over a day when you allow the early hours of the morning to slip
through your fingers? How can you frighten demonic strangers and
make them fade out of their hiding places if you did not do that early in
the morning?
How can you tame wicked powers if you fail to take hold of the
early hours of the morning? How can you prevail over the 24hours of
the day if you allow the children of the devil to seize the first few hours
of the morning?
These questions are, indeed, food for thought.

DEMONIC EARLY RISERS

Have you discovered that the children of the bondwomen are
today's early risers? Sometimes, they wake up as early as 5am to
carry out their own kind of ritual while today's believers are still snoring
on their beds. The children of the bondwoman are busy calling their
own faithful to prayer, while you are still turning back and forth on your
bed.
Those who know the essence of capturing the day sit on the mat
or leather to chant and command the day. Many people conclude that
the children of the bondwoman are only making a noise. Sorry, that's
not true. What they are doing is that they try to capture the day by
commanding the morning through demonic means.
Look at our modern cities today and you will discover that early
morning prayers have been programmed out of the churches. Pastors
have given up. They tell us that such programmes are not practicable in
the modern era. To convince us they say that today believers are
matured enough to rise up early in their homes and pray.
Take a random survey of 100 Christians and you will discover
that less than 20 actually pray effectively in the morning. When it
comes to the issue of commanding the morning and taking charge of
the day, people believe that only prayer warriors and deliverance
ministers can do that.

These days' members of the occult, those who belong to the

religion of the crescent and the moon as well as fetish priests rise up
early in the morning to chant into the moon, sun and stars.
It has even gone beyond that dimension. Children of the
bondwoman now hold all night prayer meetings. They have now gone
to the extent of programming the powers of the light against God's
children.
When we are supposed to exercise dominion over those who
belong to the kingdom of darkness, they are now dominating us. In
those days, when those who go to the kingdom of darkness rose up
early in the morning to programme the heavenlies to their own
advantage we also got up in the morning and congregated in fire brand
apostolic churches to capture the day. When our powers collided with
theirs, they were forced to take a bow. When they chanted their
religious prayer, we countered whatever they said with -Father, in the
name of Jesus." We were such a bother or a disturbance to them in
those days.
Nowadays they chant their early morning prayers without a
single Christian to counter them.

COSTLY IGNORANCE
Most of the time your colleagues wake up early in the morning to
programme the day to their favour. While you wake up very late and
rush out to compete for a contract, such colleagues who know how to
programme the morning to their favour will surely win the contract.
Since they know how to manipulate the second heavens to their
advantage they carry the day while so-called Christians loose out.

THE PROGRAMMED TORTOISE

Do you know that members of the kingdom of darkness
programme lots of things into the second heavens? It is unfortunate
that modern day Christians are wallowing in the mud of ignorance.
Some thing strange happened, several years ago, when a very
prominent man in the nation came to my counselling room for special
prayers. The power of God hit him like a thunderbolt.
By the time he got off the seat after prayers, a live tortoise fell
off his flowing traditional gown. By the time I looked at the seat,
behold, a live tortoise was crawling on it. As the man was moving out
of my office, I beckoned to him saying “Excuse me Sir, did you forget
any thing on the seat. Do you know anything about the tortoise?”
“O! I'm sorry,” he blushed, and continued. “DonI t mind me, man
of God. I went far in those days. There was this fetish priest who used
a tortoise to make a charm for me. I actually saw him throw the
tortoise into the sea, after the ritual. I am sorry for what has just
happened.”
I took a long look at the man and shook my head. I knew he had
no knowledge of what the fetish priest did. Unknown to him, the
tortoise was programmed into his body. The demonic animal came out
after intensive prayer.
Many people today have all kinds of creatures programmed into
their bodies without their knowledge. Such creatures will remain in their
bodies until when it is confronted with aggressive prayers. Then, the
strangers will fade out of their hiding places.
 LAZY CHRISTIANS
A lot of things are happening today. The early hours of the
morning have been manipulated and converted into a wicked demonic
weapon by children of darkness. We do not know the mystery of the
early hours of the morning like our enemies do. Christians who observe
morning prayers do it lackadaisically.
They are half asleep and half awake while their enemies are
busy chanting wicked incantations. They read the Bible and salivate at
the same time until their Bibles becomes moist. Even pastors and
workers do not know how to take hold of the day.
You need to learn more lessons.
The morning has ears and they do hear the voice of men and spirits.
This is a very deep truth. If you have studied the depths of the
scriptures you would have discovered that the word of God doesn't
really draw any line of demarcation between living and non-living things.
The forces of nature, which are seen, came into being because they
heard the voice of God.
The mornings can hear both negative and positive words and
respond accordingly. Satanic agents have specialized in capturing days
by using the early hours of the morning. They speak to the morning as
if it is an entity that has ears. You must learn to make the mornings to
hear the sound of your voice and cooperate with you.
The mornings can be commanded. The day can be tilted
towards the right or the left. What happens to you in the course of a
day depends largely on the kind of command you issue. If you have an
important business appointment during the day, wake up early and take
charge of every situation.
Are you sitting for an exam? Wake up early in the morning and
programme success into the day.
 Are you faced with great challenges during the day, take charge
early in the morning?
If you wake up and rush through your Bible reading and prayer,
what power would you depend upon for your victory? Two minutes'
prayers cannot contend with the power of darkness.
How can you contend with those who wake up as early as 5am
and chant demonic prayers when you wake up by 8am and say a
heartless grace on your way to work? The fellow who seats on a
spiritual mat and programmes it's works into the atmosphere will surely
have an edge over you, if you are prayerless. If both of you are
competing for a contract, he will surely be considered, because he has
commanded the morning and captured the day through diabolical
means. You may then feel disappointed and decide to go for
deliverance. Deliverance is not the issue. You will keep on going for
deliverance until you learn how to command the morning.
The dawn can also receive orders. The dawn is referred to in
the Bible as the day-spring. When you issue orders to the dawn, it
responds according to the order given.
The dawn can carry out instructions given to it. However,
these instructions must be given before the rising of the sun.
There are ordinances in the morning hours that force the earth to
ensure that you have a happy morning: The way the morning will go is
generally determined very early, during the hours after mid night. By the
time a fellow greets you, "Good morning" at 9am, such a wish would
have been belated.
If the morning has already gone bad, no amount of good morning will
change the situation. The major part of defeat or setback suffered by
believers takes place when they are still lying down on the bed in the
morning. Many believers loose sight of the fact that the devil is an
incurable early riser. Unknown to many people, satan and his agents
would have programmed enough evil into the day before most people
wakeup.
By the time they also wake up, they add salt to injury by
confessing negative things. Unconsciously, they collaborate with the
workers of wickedness. No wonders such people reap a harvest of
sorrow, tragedy and misery on daily basis.
The morning decide the day. This tells us that we can determine
what happens during the day. You can programme all the good things,
which you desire for a particular day and make them to come into
existence.

The moment such things are called forth before the rising of the
sun you will achieve your heart desire. But if the sun rises before you
settle down to capture the day, you may loose out. You can even
programme the mornings and then go back to sleep.
However, if you allow the enemies to draw their powers from the
rising sun and you wake up hours later, you may become a victim of
evil manipulation.
Wickedness is already entrenched in the heavenlies and in the
ends of the earth. Such must be shaken out through aggressive prayer
commands to be done early in the morning. Wickedness can spread
from one end of the earth to another.

I once shared the true story of a woman who came out naked,
looked up to the sun and raised up her right breast and cursed her first
child, who was living abroad. She also raised up her left breast and
cursed her second child who was also living abroad. As if that was not
even enough, she raised her right leg and invoked the heavenlies to act
contrary to her third child who was also living overseas.
Strange enough, the three children were deported and arrived
the airport in lagos Nigeria on the same day. Although they were not
living in the same country things got wrong and they were deported
mysteriously. That mother commanded the heavenlies to work against
them.
 Today, both the women and the three children are dead. Indeed,
there is a lot of wickedness in the heavenly places.
You don't have to invite wickedness into the second heavens. They are
already there.
They are ready to carry out wicked assignments when
summoned by wicked human agents. Then they become doubly
wicked.
If you do not shake off wickedness from the heavenlies, it would
affect you. To allow wickedness to reign unabated in the heavenlies is
to subject yourself to their whims and caprices.
If you want ultimate control over the powers that exist on earth,
you have to control the heavenlies. Negative powers can only be tamed
when you learn to exercise control from the heavenlies.
You have the power as a born again believer to mobilize
heavenly resources to your advantage. When you summon the
heavenlies to come to your aid, you will receive divine assistance.
You must learn how to break the enchantments and the
ordinances of satanists that are programmed into the heavenlies.
These principles may appear too good to be true but they are
real nonetheless. An understanding of these principles will introduce
great changes into your life.
A deep understanding of these principles will make your life too
hot to handle. The moment you are armed with these principles, woe
betides any power that wants to harm you. If you understand these
principles, you can actually invite the dawn to protect you. You must
learn how to make the heavenlies cooperate with your destiny.
By the time you succeed in making the days to work to your
advantage, the weeks, months and years of your life will become days
of heaven on earth. The commands, which you issue, will be carried
out to the letter. Each day will vomit your blessings. Each hour will
cooperate with God's plan for your life. Instead of becoming a victim of
circumstances you will Jive an over comer in this world. God's purpose
for your life will be fulfilled then you can say
Ps 16:6: The lines are fallen unto me in pleasant places: yea, I
have a goodly heritage.
 CHAPTER FIVE
SECRETS OF DOMINION

You need to know what it takes to command the day. It is good

to be thoroughly acquainted with the pre-requisite for exercising
dominion over the mornings and the days.

What kind of qualities must you have in order to command the

morning and exercise authority over the forces of nature?
What kind of person must you be in order to be able to
command the morning and have your orders obeyed?
The following are the qualities and characters needed to
command the morning and prevail over the day.
Humility: To command the morning effectively you must be
humble. A lot of people have 'lost sight of the fact that Christian virtues
are needed in spiritual warfare. Humility is a great weapon.
2Chr. 7: 14: If my people, which are called by my name, shall
humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their
wicked ways: then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin,
and will heal their land.
Humble yourself. Humility is a very serious matter as far as
spiritual warfare is concerned.
You must abide in Christ and let His word abide richly In
you. To speak and command the morning and exercise controls over
the ordinances of heaven. We expect an average member of the MFM
to be able to recite at least 52 memory verses. That should be
achieved by participation in the Sunday School Classes every Sunday
of the year. You are supposed to also memorise Scriptures during
house-caring fellowship sessions. You must soak yourself in the
Scriptures until the word of Christ dwells in you. The more of God's
word you store up in your heart, the more power you posses to
command the morning.
Know who you are in Christ. To command the morning, you
must know you are in Christ. The awareness of the power in the in
dwelling Christ will embolden you to command the morning and control
the heavenlies.
Col 1:27: To whom God would make known what is the riches of
the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the
hope of glory:
With Christ in you, you have power over the heavenlies.
You must say what God says. When you command the
heavens, let your confessions be based on "thus saith the Lord."
You must manifest violent faith. The kind of faith which you
need to demonstrate is described in Heb.11:33-34.
You need violent faith to do exploits if you want to command the
mornings you must add violence to your faith.
You must live in purity. Your life must be pure. Do not allow
any form of spiritual contamination to weaken your spiritual power.
Holiness will empower you to issue commands to the host of heaven.
Your prayers must be specific. Prayers to command the
morning must be specific. General prayers cannot rule the heavenlies.
In the next chapter, we shall examine sample prayers, which can be
said to prevail over the heavenlies.
However, you must carry out thorough self examination and
ensure that you are qualified before entering the field of battle. To
command the morning successfully your life must be in conformity with
scriptural guidelines concerning strategic spiritual warfare.
 CHAPTER SIX
PRAYERS THAT PREVAIL OVER THE
HEAVENLIES

Warfare in the heavenlies requires adequate knowledge. It is not

meant for novices in spiritual warfare. You need to undergo a form of
tutelage until you master strategies for commanding the heavenlies.
This book cannot be complete without giving you some samples of the
kind of prayers, which can be said to command the morning and rule
over the day.

Sample Prayer 1
My Father, everything, which You have not planted in the
heavenlies, let them be uprooted, in Jesus' name.
This kind of prayer will enable you to command the morning.

Sample Prayer 2
O Lord, let the wicked be shaken out of my heavens, in the
name of Jesus.
This is a powerful prayer point. Do you know that every man has
a space allocated to him in the heavenlies? This shows that you have a
personal heaven above your head. You are supposed to exercise
control over your own heaven. You must pray in order to eject every
stranger trying to perpetrate wickedness there. There could be
principalities carrying out wicked activities. You must shake them out of
your territory.

 O sun, as you are coming out today, uproot every wickedness
targeted against my life, in the name of Jesus.
The above prayer point will work wonders in your life.

Sample Prayer 4
I programme blessings into the sun for my life, in the name of
Jesus.
If you prayed this kind of prayer point you will experience an
unprecedent blessings.

Sample Prayer 5
O sun, I have risen before you, cancel every evil programme
projected into you by wicked powers against my life, in the name of
Jesus.
You can use this kind of prayer point to neutralize wicked
programme planned by the enemy against you.

Sample Prayer 6
You this day, you will not destroy my prosperity, in the name of
Jesus.
If you used this kind of prayer point, you will safe guard your
goodness and prosperity. These kinds of prayer points are what God
command you to say according to Job.
Job 38:12-13: Hast thou commanded the morning since thy
days; and caused the dayspring to know his place; That it might take
hold of the ends of the earth, that the wicked might be shaken out of it?
From now on don't ever joke with your early morning Bible study
and prayers. Don't observe a mechanical devotion. You must maximize
the potentials of a quite-time. You must incorporate spiritual warfare
into it.
 Don't let any day pass by without opening quality time
commanding the morning. The moment you learn how to command the
morning. You will begin to experience dominion.
From now on, you must take charge of the day. You must take
your mornings out of the hands of the spirit of the bondwoman. You
must begin to prevail over fetish priests and sorcerers who programme
evil into the heavenlies. You must begin to prevail over satanic agents
who carry out satanic dry fast.

Do you know that some people carry out dry fast just to
perpetrate wickedness? The other day, a lady told me what she used
to do when she was in the world. She told me she used to do seven
days dry fast just to snatch other people's husband. She told me that a
powerful fetish priest prescribed the dry fast.
Do you know that people are observing demonic fast against
your destiny? You can only counter such wicked acts by commanding
the morning. You must take your prayers to a higher level.
Do you know that if a witch wants to fly and you have
programmed words into the heavenlies, such an evil flight will be
impossible? Again if satanic agents are trying to fire arrows at you
such arrows may not get at you if you have commanded the heavenlies
to reject satanic arrows.

What you are out to experience by putting to use the lesson you
have learnt will baffle you. Everyday will be filled with the Holy Ghost.
Every contrary power will be arrested and the ordinances of heaven
will work towards your favour.
 CHAPTER SEVEN
SPIRITUAL WARFARE

You need to go into practical sessions and pray to command the

morning. The prayer points below are borne out of spiritual research. In
fact, they are vomited by the Holy Ghost to empower you to have
dominion over the heavenlies and command your days. I encourage
you to form the habit of prevailing in prayer over the enemies on daily
basis.
By praying this prayer points, you can deprogramme any evil,
programmed against you. These prayers are effective and powerful.

PRAYER POINTS
Start by singing songs of praises and thanksgiving to God for
giving you another new day.
Confessions: Psalm 5:1-3: Give ear to my words, 0 Lord,
consider my meditation. Hearken unto the voice of my cry, my King,
and my God: for unto thee will I pray. My voice shalt thou hear in the
morning, O Lord; in the morning will I direct my prayer unto thee, and
will look up.
Psalm 2:1-12: Why do the heathen rage, and the people
imagine a vain thing? The kings of the earth set themselves, and the
rulers take counsel together, against the Lord, and against his
anointed, saying, Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away
their cords from us.
He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the Lord shall have them in
derision. Then shall he speak unto them in his wrath, and vex them in
his sore displeasure. Yet have I set my king upon my holy hill of Zion. I
will declare the decree: the Lord hath said unto me, Thou art my Son;
this day have I begotten thee. Ask of me, and I shall give thee the
heathen for thine inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth for
thy possession. Thou shalt break them with a rod of iron; thou shalt
dash them in pieces like a potter's vessel. Be wise now therefore, O ye

comes my help today. My help comes from the Lord, which made
heaven and earth. He will not suffer my foot to be moved: he that

shade upon my right hand. The sun shall not smite me by day, nor the
moon by night. The Lord shall preserve me from all evil: he shall

Psalm 91:1-16: Me that dwelleth in the secret place of the most
High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the
Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.
Surely he shall deliver me from the snare of the fowler, and from the
noisome pestilence. He shall cover me with his feathers, and under his
wings shall I trust: his truth shall be my shield and buckler. I shall not be
