Zone 3, Digos City Davao del Sur, and a member of Task Force COVID-19 Digos City
being a Technical Adviser on Budget and Finance, has complied with the minimum
health protocols and documentary requirements set forth by Inter-Agency Task Force
(IATF).

Pursuant to IATF Resolution No. 41, and E.O. 31, please allow the entry
of Mr. Flores and his company, as enu
merated below, to avail the essential services of Toyota Davao- Lanang.
