4 CONTEXT OF THE ORGANIZATION

4.1 Understanding the Organization and its Context

• Revathi Equipments Limited has determined relevant external and internal issues and items that may
become relevant to the company's purpose and strategic direction, and may affect our ability to
achieve the intended results of all the IMS
• Determined requirements of relevant interested parties who have effect or potential effect on
Revathi’s ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable
legal requirements
• Maintaining IMS is an important component of strategic decision, which can help it to improve its
overall performance and provide a sound basis for sustainable development.
• IMS employs process approach to plan processes and their interactions, which incorporates plan-Do-
Check-Act (PDCA) cycle and risk-based thinking.

4.3 Determining the Scope of the IMS


Revathi Equipments Limited has determined the boundaries and the applicability of the IMS and how it
relates to our Business Core Competency.

Revathi Equipments Limited is committed to applying all applicable requirements of the International
Standard to the intent and Scope of our IMS

Internal Issues

The Scope of our IMS shall always be available to internal and external parties and maintained as
documented information.

Scope Statement:
“The Design, Development, Production, Commissioning and Servicing of Blast Hole Drills, Water Well Drills,
Drilling Accessories and allied products.”

4.4 Integrated Management System and its Processes

Revathi Equipments Limited has established, documented and implemented our Integrated Management
System (IMS) in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 &
Customer Requirements. The IMS is maintained and continually improved through the use of the policy,
objectives, audit results, analysis of data, corrective action and management review. Revathi Equipments
Limited utilizes System Procedures to provide our employees and external providers (Suppliers), with
detailed “How To” instructions and requirements. The documents support the achievement of quality
compliance for each of the process steps. We retain Quality System forms, registers, templates and reports
which provide documented information substantiating the process inputs and outputs have been
accomplished as planned. Revathi Equipments Limited determined required inputs and desired outputs of the
processes, criteria and methods needed for effective operation and control of these processes, as well as
resources needed and responsibilities and authorities for processes in the IMS Cross Reference. Sequences
& interactions between the processes are described in Section –A & Process Map –Annexure 1.

To the extent necessary, Millennium:

a) Maintains documented information to support the operation of its processes (See procedure list);

b) Retain documented information to have confidence that the processes are being carried out as
planned (See Records Table).
