This document provides a rubric for evaluating online communicative skills in 4 levels - limited, adequate, proficient, and excellent. It evaluates the content and relevance of the communication, the delivery of the message through voice, and the use of body language and facial expressions in the presentation. The highest or excellent level establishes a clear purpose and convincing communication of feelings and motives that is sustained, speaks loudly and confidently, and uses body language and facial expressions appropriately.
