KFC style crispy chicken

Chicken n crispy! So mouthwatering right? This is one of my favorite chicken recipe. So


here goes the recipe for you all.
Ingredients:
Chicken legs – 6
Buttermilk – 1 liter
All purpose flour – 1 and a half cup
Corn flakes – ¼ cup
Oats – ¼ cup
Eggs - 3
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tablespoon
Chili powder – 1 tablespoon
Pepper powder – 1 tablespoon
Salt – as per your taste
Mixed herbs – 1 tablespoon
Corn flour – ½ tablespoon
Oil for deep fry

Procedure:
Step 1 – Marination
Pour butter milk in a bowl and add salt, chili powder, ginger garlic paste and mix well.
Add chicken legs mix it well and marinate for at least 5 hours. I prefer marinating overnight.

Step 2 – Dry mix


Take a bowl and add all purpose flour, pepper powder, salt, mixed herbs, corn flour and oats.
Smash the corn flakes into small size with your palms and add them into the mix. Mix them
together.
Step 3 – Wet mix
Beat four eggs in a bowl. Add very little salt and pepper powder.

Step 4 – Deep fry


Heat oil on high flame. Put chicken leg in dry mix and coat it with the mix. Transfer the
chicken leg into wet mix (egg mix) and coat the chicken leg and transfer it again back to the
dry mix and coat properly. Shake the chicken leg to remove the extra flour on it. Transfer the
leg to the oil and deep fry the chicken legs on low flame for about 10 minutes till the legs turn
to golden brown color.
Serve it with tomato ketchup!
