To perform diagnostic & hardware repair on each walk-in product assigned to him, within
the prescribed TAT (Turn- Around Time).
To conduct thorough quality checking/testing on all repaired units prior to its release to

To know & apply the Apple warranty guidelines & procedures, including ACPP.

cascade/share such to his fellow service engineers.
To seek assistance on complex technical issues &/or repairs through existing escalation
channel, & subsequently apply the approved technical measure.
To support the Customer Service Group in matters pertaining to customer complaints
arising from his work, & in walk-in & phone-in technical inquiries from time to time.
To perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer
Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
With at least 6 months Experienced Employees specializing in Electronic Engineering is
an advantage.
