The modified pre-payment charge (both Fixed & variable interest rate category  is explained as below:
Type of Pre-payment % age rate on the amount pre-paid
Part Pre-payment No prepayment charges to be levied
Full Pre-payment 2 % on the amount prepaid on the date of pre-
closure plus all amounts of prepayment made
during the last one year from the date of final
prepayment/pre-closure.
 
Processing Fees: 0.5% or 10000/- which ever is lower +12.36% service tax as applicable (11236/-) in favor of
“BHW HOME FINANCE LTD.”

In Loan process there are two processes:
a) Sanctioning of loan
b) Disbursement of Loan

As per sanctioning is concern we required below mention documents:

We need following documents, for the sanction, of your housing loan: -

1. Filled Application form with Photo and signature (Applicant & Co-App.),
2. Salary Slip of latest 6 Month (Applicant & Co-App.),
3. Latest Form-16. (Applicant & Co-App.),
4. Appointment letter of Latest company (Applicant & Co-App.),
5. Last 6 month bank statement of salary account (Applicant & Co-App.),
6. Date of Birth and Id proof- PAN/ PASSPORT/DL any one (Applicant and Co-applicant),
7. Residence Proof- Telephone/ Electric bill or any one .
8. Proof of Other Loans (Sanction Letter) If Any
9. Photocopy of Professional Degree. (MBA)
9. Processing Fee Cheque.
10. Photocopy of property paper
