MINUTES OF THE SAN JOSE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL SLAC ON TEACHERS
AT SAN JOSE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL FUNCTION HALL, September 23,
2020 AT 8 O’CLOCK IN THE MORNING.
I. CALL TO ORDER
Mrs. Andromida J. Eclar, Teacher III, started the meeting with a call to
order.
II. PRAYER:
Ms. Leovy S. Sabando, Grade 4 Teacher, led the prayer.
III. WELCOME REMARKS
Mrs. Andromida J. Eclar, the LAC leader, gave the opening remarks.
IV. ROLL CALL/ DETERMINATION OF QUORUM:
Mr. Stephen C. Facto conducted a roll call and the LAC Leader declared the
quorum.

V. PRESENTATION
The meeting started with the discussion of the Weekly Home Learning Plan
by Mrs. Andromida J. Eclar.
It was followed by the learning activities:
1. The teachers were grouped per grade level and made the Weekly Home
Learning Plan.
2. This was presented by grade level. The presenters were Ms. Sabando,
Mrs. Malaygay and Mrs. Agreda. With the help of MELCs, each group
planned out the appropriate study time for modules, made suggestions
on the learning tasks, and the mode of delivery.
3. Their outputs were sorted and noted in the study notebook.
VI. ADJOURNMENT
The LAC Session was adjourned at 12 noon on the motion of Mrs.
Andromida J. Eclar and seconded by Leovy S. Sabando.

V. PRESENTATION
The meeting started with the discussion of the Individual Learning
Monitoring Plan by Mrs. Andromida J. Eclar.
It was followed by the learning activities:
1. The teachers were grouped per grade level and each group identified
struggling readers based on the data last school year. These
struggling readers were selected to be monitored from October to
December.
2. This was followed by the presentation by group. The presenters were
Mrs. Ollosa, Mrs. Malaygay and Mr. Facto. They also focused on the
learner’s need and provided some interventions.
3. The answers were sorted and noted in the study notebook.
VI. ADJOURNMENT
The LAC Session was adjourned at 4 o’clock in the afternoon on the motion of Mrs.
Andromida J. Eclar and seconded by Dorothy C. Satore.
