• In UAE, all the seven emirates have their own individual government which adds on to
stability.
The administration type in the UAE is alluded to as a bureaucratic presidential chosen
monarchy. Each of the seven emirates have their own local governments and have a few
regions and divisions. The connection between the administrative and nearby government is
put down in the constitution and takes into account a particular measure of flexibility in the

20 years.

• High skill and education level due to population diversity.
Dubai has population diversity. Moreover people migration here for the purpose of
education and job is quite high. Thus most of the people here are skilled and educated.
Technological
• Industrial developments are bringing in sustainable water management technologies.
different motivators are being taken to upgrade the Dubai's sewer infrastructure to achieve

future water conservation.
Various smart technologies are being planned to meet the predicted water crisis in Dubai
such as installing the water meters that distinguish spills and improve the utilization of
water at household level.
