Team Code of Conduct: Group 4
● What do I want from the team and my fellow team members?
I expect that every member of my group gives their contribution in completing all our
group assignments and projects.
● What am I able to offer my team? What are my strengths?
I have some good skills in research. So I always try to gather needed information as
much as I can.
● What is absolutely non-negotiable?
According to me, no participation is not a good thing in a group. If we are working on
projects in a group, every group member should be participating in that. Until or
Unless they are in any problem.
● What standard of work do we wish to produce?
We will perform all our activity with our best efforts which will bring excellent results in
our grade. Moreover, we will not copy any content direct from internet as we already
know about the plagiarism. We will put citation whenever we get any reference from
any external source.
● What is our idea of optimal teamwork?
We will make sure that our group has effective communication. We will conduct
regular conference meeting sessions for consistently updating each person and
never assuming that everyone has the same information. Delegation in the group will
be our second main goal. We will understand the strengths and weaknesses of each
group member and support them if they are having any issues. Moreover we will
develop efficiency in our group that allows them to collaborate efficiently and share
their ideas to complete tasks in a timely manner.
● What is each person’s availability?
Our group members have talked with each other and we fixed Wednesday Morning
and Afternoon and Thursday Morning as our meeting times for working on our group
projects.
● How will we handle situations that may be difficult?
Well, we are working in groups from last semesters. We didn't face any problems yet.
In future if we face any difficulty, we will conduct in-person group meeting or we will
make conference group calls with every group member and discuss our problems.
We would try to that what's causing the problem and what can be a possible solution
for that.
● What if someone does not do their work, or fulfil any obligation?
We expect that every group member gives his/her contribution. If any of our group
members has any other urgent work or problems. We would divide his/her task
between the remaining group members so that our group work doesn't come to stop.
