We thank you for the interest showed on the business with MMTC. We would
be happier to work with you as our Franchisee for sale of Sanchi silverware
products and our own production of Gold & Silver medallions.
Please find enclosed the application for Franchisee and the agreement format.
We have presently around 500 items of Silverware items , broadly categorised
into Tableware, Kitchenware, Gift items & religious items and Gold medallions
ranging from 0.5 gm to 100 gm and silver medallions from 10 gm to 1 Kilo bar.
We are also planning to issue gold jewellery shortly to Franchisees.
All the items would be supplied to you on consignment basis based on the
security, you provide for us. The security for handling Silverware and
Medallions would be a min of Rs. 10 Lacs (50% cash & 50% BG). You may have
to submit account on sales on monthly basis and the fixed margin of 10% on
silverware/silver medallions and 2% on Gold medallions would be passed on
to you after receipt of sale proceeds from you.
The agreement conditions would further explain our complete terms on this
business. we would be forwarding a complete set of catalogue of Sanchi
silverware designs and medallion designs after receipt of request from you.
Kindly arrange for a full furnished showroom of min 600-700 sqft area in a
prominent location at your place and forward the completed application to our
office. On receipt of completed application our officials would inspect your
showroom premises and if the same is found suitable, we can enter into a
Franchisee agreement with you.
