Human Resource Management, how it helped
                 me?
Simply, human resource management gave me an
opportunity to deeply understand about interpersonal
relationships to others. As we all know, Human
Resource Management (HRM) focuses on recruiting
and hiring the best employees and providing them
with the compensation, benefits, and trainings that
they needed, to become successful within the
organizations. As we conducted our seminar held on
July 20, 2019 our beloved guest speaker taught us
about Strategic Human Resource Management which
I understood most, it is the practice of attracting,
developing, rewarding, and retaining employees for
the benefit of both the employees as individuals and
the organization as a whole. Strategic Human
Resource Management utilizes the talent and
opportunity within the human resource department to
make other departments stronger and more effective.
As my whole reflection during the study of
Human Resource Management, I will make an
approach in relation to a team sports. A team wins
when its members support each other and work
together for a common goal. They must run plays that
they have planned out, assist, help other players, and
compensate for the weaknesses of one in order to
create a stronger team as a whole. That is what a
Human Resource Management for me.
As I will begin my journey of becoming a trainer,
developer, and a model of my own school, HRM will
really help me to adjust and do better at work.
        My Reflection about “Conversations with
                       God”
Yet sharing is not something that humans do easily—unless they do.
Those who do not are coming from a deep-seated fear that they are giving
away something of which there is only a finite quantity. And so, they only
share when they are sure that they have enough for themselves. Yet blessed
is he who shares that of which he believes he may not have enough—for in
that sharing will he experience his abundance.
Sharing God is perhaps our most difficult generosity. We just can't
                                       seem
to do it. We say that God is a jealous God, but in truth it is in humanity
where the jealously lies. We want to appropriate God, to make God ours
and ours alone. And so we create a way to worship God that we say is the
only "right" way, claiming God's approval and God's rewards as ours and
ours alone. We have told ourselves that there isn't enough approval and
there aren't enough rewards to go around. That is our prevailing thought.
And so, we must compete for both approval and rewards. We call these
competitions "religions."
If we understood that God's approval and rewards are unlimited, our
endless competitions would cease. Likewise, if we understood that there is
enough of everything we tell ourselves that we need to be happy upon the
Earth, we would cease our ruthless and self-destructive political, economic
                                  and military contests.
