This is to acknowledge that both the Vendees and the Vendors have no existing or
remaining obligation from each other whatsoever, and as of the date of this
acknowledgement have full satisfied and extinguished their obligation to each other.

This Acknowledgment is executed by the Vendees and the Vendors this ______ day
