Dear Sir,

Please Refer to our Letter Dated 20/07/2020 on above subject. We are giving
Below the prospective stations where the onward booking can be explored.

Primery Booking Station:- KCCS

Primery arrival Station - Lalitpur & Jhansi

Onward Stations - Beena,Guna,Ashok Nagar, Sagar Ganj basauda ,LMNR,Banda


Datia, Gwalior,Shivpuri,Dabra,Orai,Bhimsen, Fatehpur,Etawah,Mainpuri, Farrukhabad
Agra CPCAlamnagar Lucknow, Sultanpur,Faizabad, Deoria,Gorakhpur,Mau,Alahabad,
Varanasi etc.more station will be added gradually.

Kindly grant following concessions to us:

1- There should be no terminal charges& Other Charges for onward booking.


2- No Damurage, Warfage should be imposed for waiting charges to get wagons
Rebooked/ approvals.
3 Freight of rake load be charged in place of wagon load freight.
4- We request you to allow onward freight discount of 40 % to all consignments
Booked by us to compensate the loss to be incured by road Movement & road
Movement.

5- Your goodself may add any other facility for us to maximise our business.

We initially we expect a business of 10000 MT Per Moth which will gradually increase
To 25000 MT Per Month.
