In order to report a hose defect in correct manner it is important to show following


details of the affected hose:

Picture of the complete hose assembly

Showing the location of the hose in the parts book

Picture of fitting/crimping also showing the stamped part numbers and manufacturing details

Picture of the hose rubber material showing the manufacturing details

Picture of the defective area including exact position on the hose assembly
