1. Form What it is like? A short story for kids(fable) in character of an


ant and grasshopper that teaches moral story
in the end

2. Function How does it work? It shows that while it’s summer storing food is
the best way to do, to prepare for upcoming
winter just like what ants do and doing
nothing won’t feed grasshoppers empty
stomach

3. Causation Why it is like this? The ant work hard to store food so that he
won’t starved when winter comes
4. Change How it is changing? The fable describes how a hungry
grasshopper begs for food from an ant when
winter comes and is refused. The realization
that he should have work and store his own
food instead of playing all throughout
summer.

5. Connection How it is connected to other In real life you can’t always ask someone to
things? fed you, we earn and work hard for what we
consume. We work hard to support and
sustain our daily needs and learn to look
forward and prepare for the upcoming future.

6. Perspective What are the points of The ant always presume what will happen in
view? the future that everyday will not be always a
bright day while the grasshopper thinks only
for the present the perfect time for fun.
The grasshopper's only care is for today.
