Dear Ms. Zorilla:

I write in behalf of my client, Lourdes Gumban which referred to us your unpaid


account in the total amount of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php100,000.00).

Hence, please consider this as the final demand for you to make good the amount
of One Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php100,000.00), excluding applicable interests and
attorney’s fees, within fifteen (15) days from receipt of this demand letter. Otherwise, we
will be constrained to institute legal actions against you.

Should we fail to hear from you within fifteen (15) days from receipt of this final
demand letter, we will construe it to mean that you are ignoring the same and we will,
with much regret, immediately pursue the corresponding legal actions against you.

I hope that you would give this matter your immediate attention.
