Step 10.

Public Records

Now it’s time to setup your public record. This will cement your CPN number and allow you to do
much more.

It will also be the first step to changing your address on the credit bureaus system.

If you forgot why we are doing this, it’s to allow testing on your CPN without wasting your
addresses.

First go to:

www.listyourself.net/ListYourself/listing.jsp

Once on the page, enter your CPN information. Use the address you will be keeping
permanently.

The public record will give you an added boost when applying for cards and loans later on.

DO NOT USE YOUR FORWARDING ADDRESS IN THIS STEP. USE THE ADDRESS WHERE
YOU ARE FORWARDING AND PICKING UP MAIL, NOT ASSOCIATED WITH YOU!

This is the last to final step in updating your credit file.

By now you should have a CPN Number that is:

• Validated
• Tri-merged
• And tested
• A clean forwarded address
• New phone number
• You should have forwarded your mail to the permanent address
• And have filled the public records page with your permanent address

If all of the above is true you can move to the next and final step of setting up your CPN Number.

These do not report to your credit. They simply make your public record stronger.
Your public record is a very important part to getting approved for high balance cards
and accounts in the future. As stated above you do not have to do them all. Do
whichever ones you want. It’s up to you. But, the more the better.
