NOTICE INVITING BID

No. NHAI/GM/Dhar-Lonand/Pkg-4/NH-965/10-2020 Dated 22.10.2020

RFP for 4-Laning of existing 2-laning stretch from Dharmapuri at km. 117.000 to
Lonand at km. 166.400 (Pkg-IV) on Mohol-Alandi section (Design length 49.400 km) of NH-
965 in the state of Maharashtra on EPC Mode.

The Ministry of Road Transport & Highways through National Highways Authority of
India is engaged in the development of National Highways and as part of this endeavour,
it has been decided to undertake the rehabilitation and augmentation of 4-Laning of
existing 2-laning stretch from Dharmapuri at km. 117.000 to Lonand at km. 166.400 (Pkg-
IV) on Mohol-Alandi section (design length 49.400 km) of NH-965 in the state of
Maharashtra through an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Contract.

The National Highways Authority of India represented by its Chairman now invites bids
from eligible contractors for the following project:

NHAI http://nhai.gov.in or the CPPP website http://etenders.gov.in and BIMS portal
https://bims.gov.in/ from 22.10.2020 to 07.12.2020 (upto 1100 Hrs. IST). Bidder must
submit its financial bid at http://etenders.gov.in and Technical Bid at
http://etenders.gov.in and https://bims.gov.in on or before 07.12.2020 (upto 1100 hours
IST). Bids received online shall be opened on 08.12.2020 (at 1130 hours IST).

Bid through any other mode shall not be entertained. However, Bid Security
Declaration, POA for signing the Bid, POA for lead member of JV, if any, JBA for JV, if
any, Integrity Pact, and experience certificates apostile at foreign origin, if any shall be
submitted physically in original by the Lowest Bidder before issue of LOA by the
Authority. Please note that the National Highways Authority of India reserves the right to
accept or reject all or any of the BIDs without assigning any reason whatsoever.
