Ingredients
For the cake:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
5 eggs
1 cup oil
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking powder
For the milks:
1 can evaporated milk
1 can condensed milk
1 can media crema (this is the name of the milk)
For the frosting Chantilly:
2 Philadelphia cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 cup powdered sugar
3 ½ whipped cream
DIRECTIONS
The cake
Step 1: Heat the oven at 350F.
Step 2: In a bowl mix the all-purpose flour, sugar, eggs, oil, vanilla and baking powder.
Step 3: Bake for 30 min or until you pierce with a fork and it goes out clean.
The milks
Step 4: Combine the three milks on a blender. When the cake is cold pierce it with a
fork and poor over it the milks.
The frosting Chantilly
Step 5: In a plate mix the Philadelphia cheese and let it rest.
Step 6: Put in a bowl the whipped cream, add vanilla, sugar, powdered sugar,
Philadelphia cheese (the ones that were resting), and mix with a blend at 5 speeds,
taste it and add more sugar if you want to.
Step 7: Decorate the cake with frosting Chantilly.
Optional:
Add cinnamon and strawberries or cherries as decoration.
