JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF UNDERTAKING TO CHANGE NAME

We, Jayson A. Defiesta, and Maria Christy R. Cabrera, all of legal age, Filipinos, and
residents of 9667-D San Pancrasio St. Valley 1 Brgy. San Antonio Parañaque City, after having been
sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and state:

That we are the Incorporators of VDRC Trading Corp. which is in


(Incorporators/Partners) (Name of Corporation/Partnership)

the process of registering its corporate/partnership name with the Securities and Exchange
Commission.

That we, in behalf of said corporation/partnership, hereby undertake to change its


corporate/partnership name as herein provided, or as amended thereafter, immediately upon receipt of
notice or directive from the Commission that another corporation, partnership or person has acquired
a prior right to the use of that name or that the name has been declared as misleading, deceptive,
confusingly, similar to a registered name, or contrary to public morals, good custom or public policy.

This affidavit is executed to attest to the truth of the foregoing and for whatever legal purpose
and intent it may serve.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we hereby signed this affidavit this 17th day of October, 2020 at
Parañaque City.
