Assessment 3 Task 1: Group agreement – group task

These are the terms of conduct and cooperation that we agree on as a team:
​Communication:​ ​ ​We have all exchanged numbers and emails, as well as created a group chat on instagram and have a chat on webex teams to

keep in regular contact with each other. We agree to check the group chat and reply once a day to any messages or conversations. We agree to
attend one meeting a week. If someone cannot attend they will tell the rest of the group members who will reschedule the meeting if possible or
message a summary of what was discussed and the tasks expected to be completed before the next meeting.
Meetings:​ ​We agree to meet once a week over webex separately from the scheduled meetings. We aim to have 1 webex meeting a week. In these
meetings we agree to be punctual, physically attend and participate in the discussion, listen to each other, equally contribute and take notes on what
has occurred in the meeting on the shared google doc. We agree to complete the tasks assigned to us during these meetings to the best of our
abilities.

- Not doing the work allocated to you
Dealing with offences:
After 1 offence - ​dealt with internally: the group will contact the person who has missed the previously agreed upon meeting. ​After 2 offences​ -
Instructor informed. ​After 3 offences -​ Inform the instructor that a penalty is needed.
If a student drops out of the team: ​We have split up the responsibility between the background, cell and molecular research and the conclusion so
that if a group member drops out we can easily redistribute the work so there is one person per subheading.
