Country person/ City person
There are many differences about living in the country or in city, but which are the
advantages or disadvantages to live in one or another? If you want to know the
answers of this questions you should keep reading the next paragraphs.
First, the main and obvious difference is the population, we kwon that city has too
much population, actually a place has to have a minimum of 1 million of people to be
considerate as a city in contrast of a country that doesn’t matter the amount of
population. But live with a big population has very disadvantages like the following
ones.
Noise: this could be considerate a very horrible disadvantage, however for other
people this is very normal because they are adapted to this situation on the contrary
a country person doesn’t feel very good in this kind of ambience, because they are
adapted to a relaxed life.
Pollution: Despite that not all the cities have the same levels of pollution is a fact that
a country has too much low levels of pollution than any city, this is an advantage for
the country life, because a country person doesn’t have health problems related to
this.
Even though it seems that country is the best place to live, this is not true, because
the advantages of the city are the disadvantages of the country.
Job: Is a fact that a city person earns more money than a country person and is
easier to get a job in a city than in a country, because a city has corporations,
industries and stores instead of country that people can only work in a field.
Medication and education: This could be the reason that a country are less
developed than a city, because these are quality of life factors that can make any
place progress because if a place have a people with high levels of education, they
can make inventions or innovations, on the other hand, if you have medication, the
people will live for more years.
Finally, after all any place has advantages or disadvantages, the only thing that
really matters is your opinion and how do you feel living in a city or a country, the
opinion of the people is very different each other, and that is the reason that why
some people prefer to be a city person or country person.
Summary of the information
City is a large and a highly populated area. As mentioned above, the population of a
city is more concentrated than in towns or villages. Therefore, the city often seems
to be a very crowded place. Traffic jams crowded public trains and buses, busy
shopping malls, swarming streets are some of the scenes that come to our mind
when we hear the word city. City also has some other disadvantages caused due to
the high population. Pollution, noise, lack of privacy, housing problems are some of
the major issues experienced by people living in cities. Perhaps due to this busy life,
a difference can be noted in the people who live in cities. They tend to be more
ambitious, busier and distant compared to people living in the countryside.
Country can be defined as a small community in a rural area. The country is calm
and quiet, unlike the city. The abundance of natural resources, the close to nature
lifestyle which can be spent in the country are some of the main advantages of
country life. However, the country is not as technologically developed as a city;
therefore, those who live in the country face some difficulties in obtaining facilities
such as medication and education. Since the country is not polluted as the city, the
country air is fresh and beneficial to health. The people living in the country are often
kind and friendly. They are affectionate and ready to help each other.
